I couldn’t lie that my metabolism got slower due to aging and i’ve been trying so hard to keep on track, but many times i lose the “battles” resulting to rapid gain weight. Therefore i decided to go for slimming treatment. I’ve just started my journey with SHOU Slimming 3 months ago. Customized SHOU Slimming Treatments
Here are the treatments on my 100 days programme at SHOU Slimming. The focus for my slimming treatment will be more on lower body areas.
1st Treatment: Lympathic Drainage Massage and FIR Thermal Blanket
For the first treatment, therapist then proceeded with lymphatic drainage massages to open up lymph nodes on the badly clogged areas and it also helps for detoxification, followed with hot blanket treatment to reduce water retention. Before starting treatment, they usually done measurement for weight, body fat, etc.
At the end of every thermal blanket treatment i found out that my weight reduced within 0.6kg and body fat reduced to 2%. It was a fruitful treatment session that i could see the result immediately.
They combine this treatment by application of Australian sea salt to help reduce water retention and slimming gel to burn the fat on the lower body. This treatment took around 30-40mins and you will sweat a lot, it will accumulate surrounding your body. After treatment usually i’ll take shower immediately and it’s recommended to drink enough water to rehydrate. I always had a good sleep whenever i done hot blanket treatment.
About FIR Infrared Thermal Blanket
A hot, energy-releasing treatment that induces perspiration to cleanse, drain and detox, while breaking down fats. After those treatment, my weight got reduced 0.6kg and body fat reduced 1.2%.

After fat freeze and RF treatment, i felt that my thigh slightly smaller too. Can feel that my cellulite started getting firmer.
