We called it Zhu Chao stall where you can find so many variety of Chinese style wok food, but actually is more to Cantonese style cuisine..
Some people said zhu chao is identical with oily food, haha, actually yes for some of the menu, but sometimes really craving to eat zhu chao. And i always end up with fish soup or stir fry fish when eating at zhu chao.. LOL..
Nearby my place, got one nice zhu chao stall, on the first floor of HDB.. The stall not really big, but always crowded during dinner or during weekend.. The food there really good and the price so reasonable.. The stall name: Kam Chuen Seafood and BBQ.

I like the fragrance soft tofu, the black sauce and minced pork meat.. Perfect to combine eating with warm steam white rice.. droooolllll*
Within the minced meat, i can find some mushroom and lard.. Hmmm… so nyummi..
