Not your usual morning in Singapore. 🌅 In cele Not your usual morning in Singapore. 🌅 In celebration of World Sleep Day, started the day with Sunrise with Heveya at Tanjong Beach — a guided Yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork session with headphones on, waves in the background, and the calmest energy to begin the day. The session was hosted by @somahaus together with @heveyasg 100% natural organic latex meditation mats designed for deep rest and stillness. Ended the session with a little treat from @eywa.sg - nourishing light bite and drinks specially brewed with ingredients sourced from the Heveya Farm in Sibang, Bali.
