I always love angel hair pasta served cold, tobiko and caviar add texture to the pasta.

The rendang chicken is pretty tender topped with flavourfull sauce. 

 

Jamon and Trio Cheese Baked Egg Hash (Perfect for 2) [S$14]

This is a must try when you visit this pop-up brunch. The texture is so creamy and such a comforting food! If you are cheese lover, this definitely your favourite.

Boston Lobster Benedict, Tobiko Roe and Hollandaise Sauce [S$30]

The lobster meat came in chunky piece, it really goes well together with the hollandaise sauce.

Smashed avocado, sweet corn, jalapeno pesto & poached egg on Doris’ Dilly Bread [S$10]

I love this because the avocado! The avocado is fresh and creamy, sweet flavour infused by the corn.
