For me, this taste like comfort food, because there is dark chocolate buttons on it, love how tasty is cranberries and coconut chips mixed well together. I eat this yummy snack by mixing it with grapes or blueberries.

This is one of my favourite beside greek yogurt, having the Superfood Granola with Banana Milk Drink. I can have this for breakfast or snacking time in between lunch and dinner.

Usually i will have chia seed with soya milk overnight on fridge for my breakfast or consume chia seed with fruit and vegetable juices. Please drink more water if you consume a lot of chia seed because they absorb much water.

I can say quinoa is the rice replacement, in healthy way. So i cooked this quinoa with water, 2 cups of water for 1 cup quinoa and wait until the water boil and simmer till the quinoa absorb all the water. After that i made it into fried rice, just add veggie, eggs and seasonings then it’s ready to be consumed.
Another things that i love from Garden Picks packaging, they are come with resealable plastic bag which is very convenient for you to keep after snacking, no more panic find the sealing clip and rubber band.
