As shared on my previous post, about my wellness journey at Expressions, after taking the Detox Kit, my consultant suggested me to try one of the treatment.
Somehow diet and control food is not enough, to keep maintain body shape you have no choice but to do treatment, especially for those stubborn area which might be very difficult to shed off even though you control your diet and exercise.
For my case, I have more concern on my lower body, so lower abdomen and thigh are the main focus for treatment.
So I tried one of their signature slimming treatment.

A muscle firming and metabolic activator, it is used to burn fat and increase metabolism without side effects. When positioned in contact with the skin, the infrared rays penetrate deeply in a unidirectional way, without any dispersion. Pardon my fat thigh and fat tummy, that’s why i need the treatment haha..
After put all necessary tool on the specific area, the beautician adjusted the intensity of the treatment, hmm I can say it depend on your own body resistance, different people might have different preference on the treatment intensity. The beautician will always ask whether a certain point of intensity is ok for you then she will try to increase the intensity gradually, until you feel the point where you couldn’t bear with it. Then the beautician will set the treatment on the end point where you feel comfortable and still can bear with intensity.
The treatment itself is not painful, not really sure how to describe the exact feeling. Perhaps it’s like got a very minor electricity shock and after treatment you will still feel the numb on the area where the treatment applied on.
For my case i was having a feeling like “numb” over my lower abdomen and my thigh for few hours after treatment. I felt like just had heavy exercise on that particular area while the rest of my body part was fine.

I had no chance to measure the result because I was in a rush. Consultant took my weight again but it’s still the same result like my last weight after took the detox kit. But believe it or not, right after the treatment when i went for window shopping and tried a romper, it was my first time i saw that my thigh is really slim. I really hate romper because it show my thigh too much (in other words i hate my thigh, not the romper itself, lol!).

I fall in love with that shorts romper and almost bought it, just because i saw my slim thigh. And my body feel much lighter than before. The numb still happening for few hours but it was ok, still bearable and it didn’t hurt at all. So no worry if you wish to try this treatment at Expressions.
I think this treatment helps if you do it just before your special occasion where you wish to look more slender.
