When people asking me what is my hobby, straight away i will answer SWIMMING… Why?
Because swimming is a distress activity for me, where you can relax and do exercise on the same time..
So far, swimming is always become a part of my weekend activities for Saturday and Sunday, either morning or evening, depending on the weekend programme.
How long usually i swim?
It depends, but most of times between 45min to an hour for 20-25 laps. Perhaps in the future will increase the laps into 30..
How much calories i burnt everytime i swim?
My fitness pal have the answer 🙂 for 45mins to an hour swimming, probably i burnt 380-510 calories, yay!
Most of the times i will prefer breast stroke combine with free style. I did butterfly style before but somehow not get used for the long laps. And my weakness is back stroke, have to practice further, hehe.. ;P
Talking about swimsuit..
I usually wearing one piece swimsuit or sometimes bikini (rarely). For exercise, i find out swimsuit is more comfortable to wear compare than bikini. Well i love bikini too, but prefer wearing it during holiday or when i only play around on the poolside.. ;p
So happy to find this pretty swimsuit from frontrowshop, they are so comfortable with very simple and sweet tie knot side detail. And i am a fan of this green palm prints which is very popular now.. 🙂
