All you need is a blender, some leafy greens, fruit and water.
These plant-based drinks are packed with leafy greens, fruits and a liquids… and they taste delicious!
Green smoothies shall be as clean and nature-based as possible, which means try to buy
organic produce, and avoid processed sugars and dairy in smoothies.
Here is the recipe for Pinacolada Green Smoothies..
1.5 cups pineapple, fresh
1/2 cup water
1 cup of baby pak chye/bok choy, fresh
And small lime, to reduce oxidation from juice and avoid juice to change its colour..
For beginner (like me) adviseable ingrediends within fruits and veggie is about 60%:40%, which slowly shall be increased to 50%:50% when get used to daily based..
Blend the watery ingredient, so pineapple comes first, then add in a bit water to make it easy to blend..
Then add in baby pack chye/bok choy into the blended pineapple..
Add in mint leaves and small lime into the juice..
Done, you may drink directly or put inside fridge.. It can last for 2-3days without changing its colour and you still able to have the great taste of it.. Or else to minimize oxidation, you can just put in the juice inside mason jar with lid..
